The voiceover is a natural-sounding AI voice in English. Want your own voice or a different language? Send a recording or ask, and I'll tell you what's possible before you pay.

What I don't scrape: personal data. No names, emails, phone numbers or profiles of people, no lead lists of individuals, nothing behind a login you don't own. That keeps both of us on the right side of the GDPR. If a request needs personal data, I'll say no or suggest a version without it.
Fast, clean sites for small businesses and single products. Built by hand, hosted on my own server, with an SSL certificate. You can use your own domain or start on a free subdomain. More about small business websites.

Domain registration isn't included. If you already own a domain, I'll point it at the site. If not, you buy it in your own name so it stays yours.
Me, Kay van Dijk, in the Netherlands. It's a one-person studio. I use my own tools and automation to keep prices low, and I check everything before it goes to you.
Yes, for the scope in the package. If your project is bigger or different, I'll quote it before any work starts, and you decide.
One list of changes sent together. Small fixes on my side (typos, a wrong color) don't count.
You do, once it's paid. Videos come as MP4 files you can use anywhere. Music and sound effects are royalty-free or licensed for that use. Website files and Actor source code are yours too.
Only public, non-personal data: prices, products, stock, listings, tenders, job posts without names, and similar. I don't collect personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, social profiles of people), don't build contact lists of individuals, and don't scrape anything behind a login unless it's your own account and data. I also respect sites that clearly forbid it. If in doubt, ask and I'll tell you honestly.
Yes. Everything happens by email in English, and prices are in USD. Dutch clients are welcome too, in Dutch.
Yes. You keep the domain in your own name, and I tell you which DNS record to add.
It's stored on my server in the EU so I can reply and prepare a quote. I don't share it or add you to a mailing list. Ask me to delete it any time.
Tell me what you need. You'll get a reply by email with a scope and a fixed price. Filling this in doesn't commit you to anything. Rather use email? Write to studio@kayorama.nl.
