Renewable energy in the Netherlands, a 55-second data video

An animated data story built from Eurostat's renewable energy figures, 2004 to 2024. Lines that draw on, a ranking of the 27 EU countries, a counter and the 2030 target. Every number on screen comes from the Eurostat file. It's a demo I made to show the style, not client work.

I check that the numbers on screen match your file. I don't audit where your data came from, so please send numbers you're happy to publish. Delivery days start when your data and brief are complete. The clock pauses while you check the script, and revision rounds come after the first delivery.

What data can I send?

CSV or Excel works best. A PDF report is fine too. Tell me which tables or pages matter.

How fast do I get the video?

The first full version arrives in 1 day for One Chart Story, 2 days for Data Story and 3 days for Report Pack. The clock starts when I have your data file and the points you want to make, and pauses while you check the script. Revisions come after that.

Will it match my brand?

Yes. Send your colors, font and logo and the whole video uses them.

Can I skip the voiceover?

Yes. Every package can be music only, with captions and on-screen text.

Can you do maps?

Not in these packages. They cover line, bar, donut and counter charts. Ask me if you need a map and I'll quote it.

Is my data kept private?

I only use it for your video. I don't share it or put it in my portfolio without your OK.

Where does the sample data come from?

From Eurostat's public renewable energy dataset (nrg_ind_ren). The video is a demo I made to show the style. Eurostat wasn't involved.
