Tender alerts from TenderNed and TED, filtered for your sector.

Public buyers in the Netherlands post hundreds of tenders a month on TenderNed and TED. I set up a list that shows only the ones that fit your company, merges the copies that appear on both platforms, and tells you what closes soon.

How it works

Four steps, all by email

  1. 1

    Tell me what you sell

A few lines, and CPV codes if you know them. Links to tenders you liked help most.

  2. 2

    Get the first list

Open tenders that match, in Excel and CSV.

  3. 3

    Tune the filters

Too much or too little? I adjust keywords and codes once.

  4. 4

    Every Monday

With the weekly feed, a fresh list, digest and summary.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Something else? Email studio@kayorama.nl. Nederlands mag ook.

Where does the data come from?

Only from official open data: the TED Search API of the EU Publications Office and the TenderNed open data API. Both are free to reuse. I don't scrape portals that don't allow it and I don't log in anywhere for you.

How fast do I get the first list?

In 1 day for the Tender list, 2 days for List and digest and 3 days for Multi-sector. The clock starts when I know what you sell, ideally with 2 or 3 example tenders. After setup the weekly feed runs every Monday.

Do I get contact persons?

No. Notices sometimes name a contact person, but I leave out names, emails and phone numbers. You get the buying organisation, the city and the link to the official notice.

Why is the value empty for some tenders?

Many buyers don't publish an estimated value. When TED has one, it's in the file. I never guess a value.

Do you cover regional or private portals?

No. Notices that only appear on Negometrix/Mercell, CTM or a buyer's own portal aren't included. Most Dutch tenders above the EU threshold, and many national ones, are on TenderNed.

I don't know my CPV codes. Is that a problem?

No. Send me 2 or 3 tenders you would have liked to find and I'll work them out.

Will you write or submit bids?

No, this is the alert feed only. You decide which tenders to go for.
