What decides the price
Most quotes come down to five things. If a price looks high or low, check these first.
- Length. Every extra second has to be written, animated and timed to the voice. A 90-second video is roughly three times the work of a 30-second one.
- Style. Simple characters and flat shapes are quick. Custom illustration, 3D or live footage take much longer.
- Script. Some studios expect you to bring a finished script. Others write it for you. Writing is often the hardest part, so check whether it's included.
- Voice. An AI voice costs almost nothing. A professional voice actor is a separate fee, and so is every extra language.
- Revisions. More rounds of changes means more hours. A script you approve before animation starts keeps this low.
Rough price levels
You'll see three kinds of offers when you shop around.
- Freelance marketplaces such as Fiverr: fixed packages, often under a few hundred dollars, usually with simple animation.
- Independent animators and small studios: quotes in the hundreds to low thousands, with more custom design.
- Agencies: often several thousand dollars and up, with a full team, custom illustration and a voice actor.
None of these is wrong. A launch video for your home page and a quick clip for LinkedIn don't need the same budget.
My prices
I make three kinds of video, each with three fixed packages. All prices are in USD. Delivery days start when the brief is complete, and the clock pauses while you check the script.

Simple explainer video
Character animation that explains an idea, a service or a process. Order it with the quote form.
| Package | Price | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 30 seconds | $40 | 1 day |
| Up to 60 seconds | $70 | 2 days |
| Up to 90 seconds | $100 | 3 days |
Each one includes a script I write from your notes or a link (you approve it before I animate anything), 16:9 or vertical 9:16, an AI voice in English, music made for Studio, sound effects and 1 round of revisions.
SaaS explainer video
Your app's own screens, animated, for a home page, a launch or a feature update. Details on the SaaS explainer video page.
| Package | Price | Length | Revisions | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Quick Demo | $70 | up to 30 s | 1 | 1 day |
| Full Explainer | $120 | up to 60 s | 2 | 2 days |
| Launch Pack | $200 | up to 90 s | 3 | 3 days |
Data and infographic video
A spreadsheet or report turned into moving charts and key numbers. Details on the data and infographic video page.
| Package | Price | Length | Revisions | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One Chart Story | $40 | up to 30 s | 1 | 1 day |
| Data Story | $80 | up to 45 s | 2 | 2 days |
| Report Pack | $150 | up to 60 s | 3 | 3 days |
A human voice-over is a paid add-on that I quote before you pay. The SaaS and data pages each show a labeled demo, not client work.
How to keep the cost down
- Pick one message. A video that tries to explain five features ends up longer and less clear.
- Send screenshots, your logo and colours in one go. Waiting for files is the most common delay.
- Approve the script carefully. Changing words after animation is the expensive kind of revision.
- Start short. A 30-second clip tells you quickly whether video works for you.
